Beachler’s Service Station, Peoria, IL – Project Manager on this 5,400 square foot facility that is being constructed next to the existing service station in Peoria. This additional building will expand auto service capabilities, office and waiting areas. This building will be completed in February 2015. $1.1 million. click project title to see past blog post
Komatsu PMO EDT Parts Warehouse, Peoria,IL – Project Engineer for this 200,000 sq ft warehouse addition at the Komatsu America Corporation in Peoria. This warehouse addition will facilitate the assembly and storage of parts for large electronic mining dump trucks. The project involves a pre-engineered metal building structure, significant soil improvement work, and the relocation and expansion of several existing parking lots and roadways. The project requires constant coordination with the existing facilities to maintain their operations. Komatsu T-L-M-N Demolition, Peoria, IL – Project Engineer for a seven acre demolition and site improvement project at Komatsu America Corporation in Peoria, IL. This project involved the demolition and removal of several 100 year old buildings along NE Adams Street. The area will be re-graded and then landscaped. Proctor Place Healthcare Dining Remodel, Peoria, IL – Project Engineer for a 1,600 sq ft dining room remodel in the healthcare wing of Proctor Place. This remodel will include modernization of the existing dining room, blending the room with other remodeled areas throughout the building to serve its 100 residents. $400,000.
