Eastview Christian Church | Remodeling - Normal, IL
This remodel of the original gym is moving along nicely. The stage extension is framed up, columns have drywall up, the upper level concrete floor has been stained and polished and the lower level floor will get the same treatment starting today.

Today found sections of the floor poured and framing just getting started. I also talked to Project Superintendent Brad Poindexter about this project.

PAST PERFORMANCE - In
order to upgrade their facility, incorporate state-of-the-art equipment
and increase the amount of testing that can be performed for
remote clients, Advocate BroMenn decided to relocate their existing medical
laboratories
to a new and larger location in the lower level of their new Patient
Tower. P.J.
Hoerr was involved from the beginning of design development to prepare
cost
estimates, explore design alternatives and assist in the design process.
P.J. Hoerr also incorporated Building Information Modeling (BIM) into the construction process to coordinate very dense mechanical and electrical systems. P.J. Hoerr managed the BIM process, performed “Clash Detection” and coordinated the resolution of the final mechanical layout.

Buehler Home Apartment Addition - Peoria, IL
Work is underway at this 7,000 sq ft 3-story addition to Buehler Home. Today Summit Masonry was laying block for the stair tower and digging/pouring footings have started.
