OSF Saint Francis Medical Center | Intraoperative MRI (iMRI) - Peoria, IL

PAST PERFORMANCE - This project modified existing hospital storage areas to include an Intraoperative MRI (iMRI) Suite. This Suite is primarily being used by neurosurgeons operating on the brain. The iMRI area is comprised of an Operating Room and an MRI Suite joined together with sliding double doors. Having everything in the same central location allows images of the patient to be created during the surgery process. These images will help the surgeon correct any abnormality in real time during surgery. This space is approximately 5,500 sq. ft. Project Manager - Andy McCoy | Project Superintendent - Matt Caldwell

OSF Holy Family Medical Center - Monmouth, IL

PAST PERFORMANCE - The complete D-Wing renovation of OSF Holy Family Medical Center was an evolution in design that required continuous collaboration between the design and construction teams. Significant tenant driven design alterations midway through construction required quick action by the design team and a continuous effort by all the contractors involved. A great amount of effort went into making this space a success.

The extensive cardiac rehabilitation renovation also included exam rooms, offices, training classrooms and a monitoring/exercise gym space. Other areas of renovation included a new vestibule, parking lot, reception desk and waiting area. Project Manager - Brett Jones | Project Superintendent - Mark Buchanan

The required teamwork is evident in the reception desk which showcase a great collaboration between P.J. Hoerr, Summit Masonry and Benchmark Cabinets.
