John Moses - Vice President - Bloomington/Normal Operations

John began his career working as a tradesman in the field and developed the skills and technical aspects of best construction practices. Since joining P.J. Hoerr in 1994 Mr. Moses has opened a new division in Normal, Illinois. John is proficient in all areas of the construction process. Mr. Moses provides oversight to all office and field operations for the Bloomington/Normal division and has successfully interviewed and been selected to provide continuous construction services for numerous clients.

Kirk Anderson - Vice President - Pre-Engineered Division

From 1984 – 1993, Mr. Anderson worked as a project manager for Tarlton Corporation in St. Louis and Becker Brothers in Peoria. As a project manager, Mr. Anderson was responsible for day to day management of office buildings, industrial and institutional projects.
   
In 1993, Mr. Anderson joined P.J. Hoerr and has served as a project manager, estimator, division manager and currently as Vice President of the Pre-engineered Division. Projects include industrial, churches, schools, life safety and office/warehouses.
