Since joining P.J. Hoerr in the summer of 2005, Mr. Fehr has acted as a project manager/project engineer managing the construction of various projects in the Peoria area.

Proctor Place Additions and Renovations, Peoria, IL – Project Manager for the design/build construction of a $3 million, multiphase project including a café addition, commons area renovation, front entry addition and renovation, dinning renovations, renovation for additional café, and finish upgrades to all corridors.  2012- Present

Komatsu New Test Laboratory, Peoria, IL – Project Manager for the design/build construction of a $11.3 million, 50,000 sq ft testing facility including office space, test cells with associated control room, structural base plate testing floor, and various specialized mechanical systems for testing equipment. 2012 - Present

Komatsu Assembly Addition Phase II, Peoria, IL - Project Manager for the design/build construction of a 7.8 million, 34,000 sq ft, 50ft high bay building with two 50 ton bridge cranes and three 20 ton gantry cranes. In addition to manufacturing space, approximately 6000sf of office space is being built to house plant management, additional break rooms, new plant restrooms, and training rooms. 2012

Caterpillar Fuel Island, East Peoria, IL - Project Manager for the construction of $3 million new fueling facility at CAT Peoria proving grounds including 160’ x 45’ split concrete basement, one side housed four 12,000 gallon diesel tanks, 500 gallon washer fluid tank, and 500 gallon anti-gel tank. The other side of the basement is an accessible space including four 1,000 gallon DEF tanks, and six 500 gallon oil/coolant/hydraulic tanks. 2012

Komatsu Assembly Addition Phase I, Peoria, IL - Project Manager for the design/build construction of a 3.5 million, 24,000 sq ft, 50ft high bay with two 50 ton bridge cranes and one 20 ton 70 ft span gantry crane. The majority of the space is used for domestic shipping but also included a new 2 story office and paint booth. 2011

Graham Hospital Farmington Clinic, Farmington, IL - Project Manager for design/build construction of a $1.2 million, 6,600 sq ft doctors office including nurse station and exam rooms. 2011

Christian Buehler Memorial Home, Peoria, IL – Project Manager for the design/build construction and renovation of a $8.2 million 50,000 sq ft nursing facility including a new 20,000 sq ft IDPH licensed skilled care addition, 15,000 sq ft renovation of existing skilled care nursing facility and 15,000 sq ft gut and remodel of existing space into independent living apartments. 2009-2011

Midstate College, Peoria, IL – Project Manager for the new construction of a $2 million, 12,000 sq ft college including classroom space, science lab, library, bookstore, administration offices and a café. 2010

Apostolic Christian Home of Eureka - Skilled Care Renovations, Eureka, IL – Project Manager for the renovation of a $450,000 - 4,000 sq ft IDPH licensed skilled care nursing wing. Phase I - 2010 - Phase II - 2013

Good Shepherd Lutheran School, Pekin,IL - Project Manager for the design/build renovation of a $1.9 million 39,000 sq ft existing furniture store building into a Pre-K through 8th grade school including classroom space, computer lab, library and kitchen. 2009-Present

Redeemer Lutheran Church, Peoria, IL – Project Manager for the construction and renovation of a $2.6 million, 17,000 sq ft church building including multipurpose rooms, conference rooms, classrooms, “Care Ministry” offices with walk in cooler/freezer for their food pantry. 2008

Prospect United Methodist Church, Dunlap, IL – Project Manager for the construction and renovation of a $1.3 million, 7,000 sq ft church building including a renovated sanctuary, additional classroom space, narthex and mechanical system upgrades. 2007

Illinois Medical Center, Peoria, IL – Project Engineer for the design/build construction of a $28 million, 120,000 sq ft medical facility including office space, exam rooms, procedure rooms, CT Scan, X-Ray and 2 level parking garage. 2006-2008

JC Proctor Endowment Home, Peoria, IL – Project Manager for the design/build construction of a $9 million, four story, 52,000 sq ft apartment building including 25 suites, 30 car parking garage, dining room and fitness area. 2006

Buehler Home and Proctor Home, Peoria, IL – Project Manager for the design/build remodel of existing spaces within these nursing homes including window replacements, office remodels and suite remodels. 2005 to present
