This $3 million, one-story, 22,000 sq ft warehouse
addition to the existing 65,000 sq ft building is now underway. The addition includes a
sustainable Earthtube System that supplements the conventional HVAC system. The
Earthtubes provide natural heating during the cold seasons, and natural cooling
and de-humidification during the warm seasons. The project will include additional controlled environmental warehouse (CEW) space and will also involve
renovating and re-purposing its existing space, poising the company for future
growth.
