Washington Christian Church, Washington, IL – Project Manager for a $1.5 million remodel of an existing church facility including new roof structure/roofing, remodel of the sanctuary, common space, and children’s classrooms, a kitchen addition, and new geothermal HVAC system. 2008
Washington Area Community Center (Five Points Washington), Washington, IL – Project Manager for the design/build construction of a $19 million 133,000 sq ft facility containing a library, fitness center, gym, indoor running track, aquatics center, banquet center, and auditorium complex. 2007
Graham Medical Group Clinic Building, Canton, IL – Project Manager for the construction of a $13.4 million four story, 70,000 sq ft medical office building consisting of office space, exam rooms, nurse stations, blood draw, waiting rooms, and an x-ray room. 2010

From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Faulkner served as an architectural design professional for BLDD Architects, Inc. as a job captain, specifications writer, estimator, and CAD draftsman/project detailer for numerous educational, institutional, commercial, and church projects. After receiving dual masters degrees in architecture and civil engineering/construction management in 2002 from the University of Illinois, Mr. Faulkner rejoined BLDD Architects as a licensed architect/project manager and managed the documentation, bidding, and construction administration of several facilities in the Decatur area.
Since joining PJ Hoerr in 2004, Mr. Faulkner has acted as a project manager managing the construction of several of the company’s largest and most complex projects including educational facilities, medical office buildings, a large community center, several churches, and an outdoor public swimming facility.
