E-Court Plaza Improvements - Bloomington, IL
Work continues on this fast track project. P.J. Hoerr is implementing multiple shifts to complete the work on time and within budget. First shift finished out their day by getting some footings poured. Then second shift took over and started by pouring an extension to the executive entrance wall.
