Brent Hewitt - Senior Project Manager

Brent Hewitt has been an employee of P.J. Hoerr since 2010. Brent works primarily in the healthcare department of P.J. Hoerr with over thirty years of healthcare experience.  Brent came from the OSF Healthcare System where he worked twenty-nine years in the Purchasing Department as a buyer and also as the Purchasing Manager. His last six years with OSF he spent working as a Construction Project Manager. Brent's projects range from remodels to specialty equipment replacements. Some of his projects are regulated by the Illinois Department of Public Health, and he works closely with the state and his clients to get them in their new space as soon as possible. His responsibilities include developing and monitoring schedules, subcontractor coordination, material purchasing, budgeting and cost estimating. Brent successfully closed over 112 projects in excess of $2.5 million in 2014.

RLI Insurance - Peoria, IL

This morning the second half of the slab on grade pour was under way.

Buehler Home Apartment Addition - Peoria, IL

Today found concrete pads being set for columns that will support the new drive up canopy. Installation of down spout drainage pipe was also underway. Summit Masonry continues putting up exterior brick, drywall continues on all floors with the 3rd floor being completed and ready for paint. Shoring towers have been erected so framing for the balconies can be completed for concrete pours next week.
