Bradley University - Baker Hall Demolition - Peoria, IL

P.J. Hoerr, Inc. is the General Contractor of the demo phase. The demolition will lead to construction of a new business and engineering complex on the hilltop. The new facility will be constructed along Main Street and will replace not only Baker Hall, but also the current Jobst Hall on the Bradley campus. The new complex will house the Caterpillar College of Engineering and Technology and the Foster College of Business.
