PAST PERFORMANCE - This exciting medical facility is home to a unique clinical and teaching partnership between three of Central Illinois’ premier doctor’s groups and the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. Most of the physicians practicing in the building are also involved in the teaching and mentoring of current and future generations of the School’s medical students. The building encompasses 130,000 square feet on five floors. New Urbanism principles guided the design and siting of the project. The facility houses complete imaging facilities, two ambulatory surgery centers, a vein lab, a pulmonary practice, a general surgery practice, and a gastroenterology practice. An adjacent parking garage provides over 400 parking spaces for staff and patrons.
