Max Dirker has been an employee of P.J. Hoerr since 1998. He has successfully managed projects ranging from small renovations to larger, new construction projects. His responsibilities have included developing and monitoring schedules, subcontractor coordination, material purchasing, cost estimating, budgeting and in general, creating a satisfied client.

Center in Normal, IL. The addition will include new space for medical
oncology, radiation oncology, a conference center, waiting and exam
rooms, administrative and support areas and room for future growth. 2013
Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, Inc. Office Park, Bloomington, IL - Project Manager for this one-story 22,000 sq ft
building. This facility will include an interior courtyard and
a below-ground workout room. A
large multi-purpose room will fit 65 to 70 people, which will reduce
the company’s need to go off site for staff meetings or training. 2013/2014
Calvary United Methodist Church Phase II, Normal, IL – Project Manager for this $3.6 million addition consisting of 21,000 gross sq ft, 2 story building and associated site work. 2012/2013
Corporate South H-1 Cafeteria, Bloomington, IL - Project Manager for this $3 million remodel/addition to an existing food court that added 4 new vendors. 2012
University of Illinois - Huff Hall, Champaign, IL - Project Manager for this $11 million 3 story addition. Project contained complex MEP’s with an intense schedule for the University of Illinois. Project earned a LEED Silver Certification. 2010/2011
Illinois Fire Service Institute, Champaign, IL – Project Manager for this $6.1 million, 14,200 sq ft new construction project. Project included a full-scale Emergency Operations Center and an A/V enriched conference center. Project earned a LEED Silver Certification. 2010
State Farm Bathroom Addition, Bloomington, IL - Project Manager for this $315,000 new construction addition to an existing pool area. The project had a critical end date to ensure seasonal opening. 2008
