Graham Hospital - New Dialysis Clinic Building - Canton, IL
PAST PERFORMANCE - This 6,011 sq ft
state-of-the-art dialysis clinic located on the south end of the hospital
campus is now complete. The shell package of this project was contracted
with Graham Hospital, who will own the building. The tenant improvement
package was contracted directly with Fresenius Medical Care, who will lease the
building and operate the dialysis clinic.
