The Advocate BroMenn Outpatient Center will provide much needed medical services on the east side of the Bloomington/Normal area and is located directly across the street from the Central Illinois Regional Airport. This 86,500 square foot medical office building will provide bone density testing, physical therapy (with a therapy pool), occupational medicine, women’s health, family practice, and urgent care facilities. The building is constructed with concrete foundations, structural steel framing, and an architectural precast concrete envelope. The building sits on an 11 acre site with concrete paved parking lots, storm sewer, landscaping, and provisions for future development and parking. P.J. Hoerr was involved with the project from conception and provided input on the materials used, advised on building details, estimated costs and developed the construction schedule.
Construction is now complete of the Hydro Therapy Pool at Advocate BroMenn Outpatient Center.
I also took some updated photos of the facility's interior.
