Uftring Nissan - Peoria, IL

PAST PERFORMANCE - P.J. Hoerr was awarded the design and construction of this 22,000 square foot auto dealership for the Uftring Auto Group.  The building consisted of pre-engineered metal with a standing seam metal roof with an alucabond panel, glass and masonry block skin.
 
The interior consists of the showroom, administrative and sales offices, service write up area, customer waiting area and service area.  Much coordination with Nissan was required due to the elements and furnishings provided by Nissan.  Nissan representatives acknowledged P.J. Hoerr as the only contractor to construct a Nissan Dealership completing all 100 Nissan “Touchpoints”.  P.J. Hoerr provided several value engineering suggestions that helped reduce cost while maintaining the building’s quality and purpose.
