OSF Center for Health Glen Park - Peoria, IL
PAST PERFORMANCE - This medical facility is home to a multitude of different care facilities
including an OSF Prompt Care, a blood draw lab, a pediatric internal medicine
suite, an adult after hours suite, an adult internal medicine suite, and
multiple imaging technologies. This facility houses over 53,000 square feet on
three floors.
