Project getting started in early September

Graham Hospital - New Dialysis Clinic Building - Canton, IL

PAST PERFORMANCE - This 6,011 sq ft state-of-the-art dialysis clinic located on the south end of the hospital campus is now complete. The shell package of this project was contracted with Graham Hospital, who will own the building. The tenant improvement package was contracted directly with Fresenius Medical Care, who will lease the building and operate the dialysis clinic.

LA Fitness - Bloomington, IL - Safety Celebration

P.J. Hoerr celebrated 15,000 Injury Free Man-hours at LA Fitness in Bloomington by providing lunch from Famous Dave's for the project's tradesmen.

Graham Lewistown Clinic - Lewistown, IL

This morning footings were being poured at this new clinic for Graham Medical Group. This facility will be a multi-specialty clinic that will house Family Practice, Pediatrics, OB/GYN and will offer both Lab and Radiology services

Knox College Alumni Hall Renovation - Galesburg, IL

Today steel bracing was being erected to support the building so the upper floors can be removed. Also demo was in progress.

OSF Saint Francis Medical Center Rooftop Healing Garden - Peoria, IL

This morning I paid a visit to the OSF Rooftop Healing Garden which is getting ready to start. The garden will be located outside the Pediatric Critical Care Floor of the new Children's Hospital building.
