Graham Outpatient Clinic Flood Repairs - Canton, IL

The bitter cold temps of the New Year’s weekend were responsible for a water system break that flooded almost 20,000 square feet of the Graham Medical Group Building. Most of the building’s 2^nd floor walls and flooring had water damage, as well as the 1^st floor walls, ceilings, and flooring. Unfortunately, this displaced several medical practices along with Graham’s Cardio and Physical Therapy Services. P.J. Hoerr along with their exceptional subcontractor team successfully renovated the damaged 2^nd floor allowing affected practices to move back into their spaces 1 week after the flood! The 1^st floor soon followed and our team was able to repair the 1^st floor damages 10 days later allowing patient use of the Physical and Cardio Therapy areas, Exam Rooms, and the Therapy Pool. Great job, guys!!
