Buehler Home Apartment Addition - Peoria, IL

PAST PERFORMANCE - This 21,500 square foot, three story addition creates twelve two bedroom independent living apartment units. Each apartment includes walk in closets, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, and full kitchens. Residents of these apartments were allowed carpet, paint, kitchen/bathroom flooring, casework and appliance options. This project also included a phased parking lot renovation that kept the lot open for resident parking throughout the project. The parking lot renovation added more spaces with extensive utility relocations, new pavement, a new drop off lane with a covered canopy, new lighting and carports for resident parking.
