PAST PERFORMANCE - The previous baggage handling system was inefficient, unsightly and took up precious space in front of the airline ticket counters. The system is now located in a new building located behind the public spaces. This new facility includes a state-of-the-art automated baggage handling system with an inline explosive detection system. These improvements increase the speed of inspecting, moving and sorting the baggage and decrease the incidence of misrouted bags. P.J. Hoerr was responsible for construction of the new building and installation of the new baggage equipment.

LS Building Products - East Peoria, IL

Today found drywall and insulation going up in the showroom/office side of the building. Over on the warehouse side some lighting was being installed. Outside sections of the parking lot, sidewalk and curbs have been poured and other areas are being graded for concrete and blacktop later this week.
