Today found a variety of work underway. Steel studs and drywall are being installed throughout the building. More scissor trusses that had water damage or rot are being reinforced with steel plates. Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) is being used as reinforcement to existing valley rafters that had bowed and were sagging. Steel studs were installed over brick walls and Biofoam was sprayed between them for added insulation. Biofoam also being sprayed to sections of the ceiling. On the east and west ends of the building's south curved wall, floor to ceiling shoring was erected so weak sections of the masonry/stone wall could be removed and built back. The window frames on this wall were out of square, so carpenters are rebuilding and setting back.
