PAST PERFORMANCE - With this $3 million, 22,000 sq ft one-story warehouse addition in full operation, I stopped in for some photos to see how they are utilizing the space. The
addition includes a
sustainable Earthtube System that supplements the conventional HVAC
system. The
Earthtubes provide natural heating during the cold seasons, and natural
cooling
and de-humidification during the warm seasons. The project also includes
additional controlled environmental warehouse (CEW) space.
