Addition – PJH completed the casework and

OSF SJMC C-Section Addition – PJH was the construction
manager to this addition to the existing birthing center. This project consisted of the build-out of a
shelled room inside of the fully functioning C-Section suite. Thus detailed temporary barriers and
infection control was required to maintain existing services at all times.
OSF SJMC OR Booms Replacement and Room Finishes – PJH was
the construction manager for this renovation to each of the five existing OR
rooms. This renovation consisted of the
replacement of existing ceiling mounted equipment booms and upgrading the
finishes. Also included was new medical
gas and electrical power required to supply the booms.
OSF SJMC Central Plant Upgrades Generator Replacement – PJH
is the construction manager for this upgrade project to the existing facility
generator building. Currently, prep work
is being done to change out an existing generator with a new upsized
generator. A temporary generator has
been utilized to provide temporary power while the work is completed. A late spring 2014 completion date is
scheduled.
OSF SJMC Sleep Lab MOB – PJH was selected as the
design/builder of this medical office building located at 2411 E. Washington
St. This project is being completed on
an extremely fast-track schedule. The
total project duration, including the design phase, is just 10 weeks. Occupancy is scheduled for the first week of
April. This project will house six sleep
monitor rooms, control room and all related functions to create a fully functioning sleep lab.
OSF SJMC Internal Medicine at College Avenue Exam Rooms –
PJH was the construction manager for this renovation project to add six new
exam rooms to the existing Internal Medicine practice. This renovation was completed to maintain
constant function of the existing practice.
OSF SJMC Audiology Relocation at
College Avenue – PJH was the construction manager for this renovation that
relocated the Audiology practice within an existing medical office
building. This project consisted of new
exam rooms, a new sound booth and
supporting functions.
