P.J. Hoerr awarded LA Fitness - Bloomington, IL
P.J. Hoerr was the successful
contractor for the 45,000 sq ft facility to be built on the site of the old Parkway
Cinema at Veterans and College Avenue in Bloomington. The full service fitness
complex features a 3-lane lap pool, (3) Racquetball Courts, Basketball/Volleyball Court, Aerobics Gym, a full range of free weight and
resistance machines, as well as many other amenities. A Kids Klub and Juice Bar
will also be available onsite. Construction is scheduled to get underway in May
and be open to members before Thanksgiving. The project will be supervised by
Pat Nance along with Bryan Schaffer serving as Project Manager.

Can you provide an updated Date Openning (or finished Construction and Health Equipment in Place for Openning Date)?
