PAST PERFORMANCE - Final touches are being put on this Phase II Building Expansion to Calvary United Methodist Church in Normal, IL. This expansion adds 20,000 square feet to the current Worship Center. The "upper level" contains space for Worship Arts Ministry, a chapel, walking track and fellowship areas. The "lower level" includes a multi-purpose room with a stage, dedicated space for Calvary Student Ministries, a kitchen and fellowship space.

Goodwill Industries Corporate Headquarters - Peoria, IL

Today found the renovation of this space for Goodwill's administrative corporate headquarters moving along quite nicely.

First United Methodist Church - Peoria, IL

Today 20 students enrolled in the Construction Management program at Bradley University went on a Project Management and Safety walk through of the First United Methodist Church addition currently under construction. P.J. Hoerr's Director of Corporate Safety Hans Hinrichsen and Senior Project Manager Brian Faulkner led the tour.

P.J. Hoerr awarded LA Fitness - Bloomington, IL

P.J. Hoerr was the successful contractor for the 45,000 sq ft facility to be built on the site of the old Parkway Cinema at Veterans and College Avenue in Bloomington. The full service fitness complex features a 3-lane lap pool, (3) Racquetball Courts, Basketball/Volleyball Court, Aerobics Gym, a full range of free weight and resistance machines, as well as many other amenities. A Kids Klub and Juice Bar will also be available onsite. Construction is scheduled to get underway in May and be open to members before Thanksgiving. The project will be supervised by Pat Nance along with Bryan Schaffer serving as Project Manager.
