Newspaper clipping from 1939: This was a two story/garage addition to the Chris Hoerr & Sons Wholesale Grocery Warehouse at Washington Street and MacArthur Highway. Philipp J. Hoerr Concrete Construction performed the concrete block & brick work on this building.
