PAST PERFORMANCE - To document the latest completed projects within the hospital I took a photo tour with Project Superintendent Kevin VanDusen. Benchmark Cabinets provided casework for each of these projects.

Office Relocations

This project was developed to relocate services and renovate existing areas in preparation for an upcoming major surgery expansion project. The project relocated the following hospital entities: surgery storage area, surgery offices, hospital administration suite and surgery waiting. P.J. Hoerr worked with the design team to establish pre-construction budgets and phasing to allow occupancy of each function at all times and an overall project schedule.

 

OSF SJMC Central Plant Upgrades - Generator Replacement – P.J. Hoerr was the Construction Manager for this upgrade to replace one of the existing generators with a new higher capacity generator. A new fresh air intake was installed on the roof, interior switch gear was replaced and a structural steel base was constructed for the new generator.
