John C. Proctor Endowment Home - 2013 Additions and Modernization Projects - Peoria, IL
Today I went on a photo tour with Project Superintendent Gary Doerr of the completed and in progress areas of this long-term care facility. P.J. Hoerr was brought in
to assemble a design/build team to plan, design and construct the
improvements. The projects include construction of two new and very
popular cafes (completed), total reconstruction of the front entrance and lobby (completed) and
numerous updating and redecorating projects throughout the facility (underway).
Projects yet to start include remodeling of the skilled nursing dining
room and remodeling of the skilled nursing center. Remodeling of the
independent living apartments and hallways are now underway.
