Troy Wertz - Senior Project Superintendent

Troy has been a commercial carpenter for over 18 years and joined P.J. Hoerr in 2001. He first started in Bloomington’s Saint Joseph Hospital acting as a foreman and performing health care remodeling for over two years. Due to the skills he displayed for that project, Troy was promoted to Project Superintendent. As a Superintendent, Troy has been involved in many complex projects on tight deadlines. He has constructed churches, medical office buildings and schools. Troy has a great sense of urgency and excels at servicing our clients.

First United Methodist Church, Peoria, IL – Project Superintendent for the construction of a 20,000 sq ft addition, as well as a 22,000 sq ft remodel of the existing facility. Fall 2013
Advocate BroMenn East Side Medical Office Building, Normal, IL – Project Superintendent responsible for the construction of this $15 million, three story, 75,000 sq ft facility. 2012
Monmouth College Sorority House, Monmouth, IL – Project Superintendent for the construction of this $1.6 million, 2 story, sorority house. March 2011
Good Shepherd Lutheran School, Pekin, IL – Project Superintendent for the remodel of a former furniture store. This $1.9 million, 1 story school was dedicated in May 2010
Central Elementary School, Washington, IL – Project Superintendent for the construction of this $9.5 million, P-K thru 2nd grade school, and $1 million 3rd grade addition. August 2009
Crossroads United Methodist Church, Washington, IL – Project Superintendent for the construction of a new sanctuary, community space, meeting rooms, pre-school, and classrooms for this $5.6 million addition.  October 2008
