Advocate BroMenn Regional Medical Center - Pharmacy Relocation - Normal, IL
For this project Advocate Health Care and P.J. Hoerr are taking advantage of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to better coordinate this build-out of shell space in the lower level of Advocate BroMenn Patient Tower that P.J. Hoerr completed in 2012.

Beachler's Vehicle Care and Repair Addition - Peoria, IL
This morning Phil Watkins was on site supervising the installation of window frames at this addition for Beachler's. As P.J. Hoerr's Quality Control Specialist it is Phil’s job to review plans for problem areas, recommend solutions, inspect the work as it proceeds in the field and test buildings for water tightness and energy leakage.

First United Methodist Church | Phase 3 - Peoria, IL
PAST PERFORMANCE - This 3rd phase renovation included the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and
architectural remodeling of the first and second floors of the existing
facility that houses the administrative offices, the children’s nursery area,
and the education classrooms for the church. The space that housed the relocated offices was remodeled into a
gathering and fellowship space in between the existing traditional sanctuary
and the new contemporary worship center. The nursery and the classroom spaces received updated electrical systems
and fresh architectural finishes.
