Murray Place - Renovation - Peoria, IL

PAST PERFORMANCE - Construction is nearly complete at this 80,000 sq ft Murray Building at 100 Walnut St. in downtown Peoria. Renovations to this historic building included first and second floor (Farnsworth Group) retail and commercial space, higher end one and two bedroom apartments on the 3rd and 4th floor and a rooftop patio. More photos to come of the rooftop patio once completed. Also stay tuned for a construction progression video of the transformation of this great historic building.

Safety and Infection Control Orientation

This morning P.J. Hoerr, Inc. held a Safety and Infection Control Orientation at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center. We had over 60 people in attendance from 20 different preferred subcontractors. We spent about 30 minutes discussing the health care environment, the risks, and how we prepare and plan to mitigate the risks. We spent an additional 30 minutes explaining the new Daily CARE form (Construction Activity Risk Evaluation).
