This project involves building out an existing
area of business space to accommodate a new Jimmy Johns. During this
project we will be removing/replacing existing concrete for the new underfloor
utilities, installing a new drive-thru window, and typical finishes that you
would see in a Jimmy Johns.

OSF Saint Francis Medical Center | 7th, 8th, 9th Floor Renovation
Today found concrete trucks on site for floor patching on the 7th, saw cutting/removal of the concrete catwalk on the 9th floor and demo of some exterior brick to create anchor points for structural steel that will house new duct work.
