Yemm Chevrolet Buick GMC - Galesburg, IL
Yemm Chevy Buick GMC is a ground-up new dealership and
site expansion of the existing Yemm Auto Group lot. The project consists of
over an acre of site paving and an 11,161 sq ft building which will be comprised of
a showroom, faculty offices, lounges and a service drive. The new building will
allow the Yemm Auto Group to separate the GM and Chrysler groups into two
separate buildings while providing the necessary branding for each.

Murray Place - Renovation - Peoria, IL
PAST PERFORMANCE - Construction is nearly complete at this 80,000 sq ft Murray Building at
100 Walnut St. in downtown Peoria. Renovations to this historic building
included first and second floor (Farnsworth Group) retail and
commercial space, higher end one and two bedroom apartments on the 3rd
and 4th floor and a rooftop patio. More photos to come of the rooftop
patio once completed. Also stay tuned for a construction progression
video of the transformation of this great historic building.
