Proctor Home Centennial Building - Independent Living Facility - Peoria, IL

PAST PERFORMANCE - With a long waiting list and the desire to provide new and larger living options for their existing and future residents, the JC Proctor Endowment Home decided to construct this new, state-of-the-art facility. The new building includes enclosed and secure parking in the basement, a multi-purpose room, laundry room and an exercise area. An open, airy, very residential feel (as opposed to institutional) was designed into the building and all the apartments. The apartments all contain enclosed balconies that allow residents to enjoy the wooded surroundings in any weather. The nineteen - one bedroom units each contain 940 square feet and the six - two bedroom units each contain 1,280 square feet. Each apartment has a complete kitchen and one and a half baths. The structure was designed in pre-cast concrete to be very quiet and fire resistant. The facility has been very popular and at or near full occupancy since it opened.

This is a remodel of an existing OSF Medical Office Building in Morton, IL. P.J. Hoerr is removing all existing walls and rebuilding a Family Practice Suite in the 7,248 square foot area. We have a fourteen week schedule to finish this project for the new doctors that are moving in.

Calvary United Methodist Church - Normal, IL

PAST PERFORMANCE - Final touches are being put on this Phase II Building Expansion to Calvary United Methodist Church in Normal, IL. This expansion adds 20,000 square feet to the current Worship Center. The "upper level" contains space for Worship Arts Ministry, a chapel, walking track and fellowship areas. The "lower level" includes a multi-purpose room with a stage, dedicated space for Calvary Student Ministries, a kitchen and fellowship space.

Goodwill Industries Corporate Headquarters - Peoria, IL

Today found the renovation of this space for Goodwill's administrative corporate headquarters moving along quite nicely.

First United Methodist Church - Peoria, IL

Today 20 students enrolled in the Construction Management program at Bradley University went on a Project Management and Safety walk through of the First United Methodist Church addition currently under construction. P.J. Hoerr's Director of Corporate Safety Hans Hinrichsen and Senior Project Manager Brian Faulkner led the tour.
